Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Verifyam AI Alarm ("Verifyam", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you use our mobile app, website, support channels, alarm services, wake-up missions, AI verification features, subscriptions, reports, sleep tools, and account features.

Verifyam is an AI-powered alarm and morning routine app. Its main purpose is to help users wake up by completing real actions, including AI Verified Facewash Mission, AI Verified Brushing Mission, AI Verified Drink Water Mission, AI Verified Make Your Bed Mission, math missions, memory missions, typing missions, steps, squats, shake-phone missions, and barcode or QR scan missions.

Information You Provide

  • Account information such as name, email address, login method, profile details, and verification status.
  • Support information such as your messages, screenshots, device details, alarm time, mission type, and bug reports.
  • Subscription and purchase-related identifiers needed to confirm Pro access, restore purchases, and display plan status.
  • Feedback, feature requests, copyright reports, and contact form or email content you choose to send.

Alarm, Mission, and Routine Data

To provide the alarm experience, Verifyam may process and store app data such as:

  • Alarm time, alarm label, active or inactive status, repeat days, one-time or repeating alarm settings.
  • Alarm sound, custom sound choice, volume, vibration, gradually louder setting, extra loud setting, and audio output preferences.
  • Snooze settings, snooze interval, maximum snooze count, mute-during-mission setting, wake-up check setting, and follow-up check timing.
  • Mission type, mission difficulty, mission count, math difficulty, memory grid size, typing phrase, step count, squat count, shake count, and barcode label.
  • Reports such as total alarms, active alarms, inactive alarms, mission alarms, repeating alarms, peak alarm hour, alarm status badges, and mission chips.
  • Sleep features such as bedtime reminder time, sleep sounds, sleep session timer, last sleep summary, wake time, timer, stopwatch, and lap records.

AI Video Mission Media

AI video missions are premium verification features. When you choose an AI mission, the app may ask you to record a short live camera video, usually around 8 seconds, to verify that the selected real-world action was completed. AI missions include washing your face, brushing your teeth, drinking water, and making your bed.

  • Mission videos are recorded from the live camera flow, not selected from your gallery.
  • The video is uploaded to our verification backend only to check the selected mission.
  • The backend may return verification status, confidence, reason, and model/provider information.
  • Videos may be rejected when they are unclear, unrelated, fake, old, too dark, incomplete, or do not show the required action.
  • Verifyam is designed so mission media is not stored as a personal gallery inside the app.
  • Temporary processing by backend and AI providers may occur as needed to provide verification, security, debugging, and abuse-prevention functions.

Device Permissions We May Request

Verifyam requests permissions only when needed for app features. Available permissions may differ by iOS, Android version, and device manufacturer.

  • Notifications: used to schedule and deliver alarm alerts, bedtime reminders, wake-up checks, foreground notifications, and alarm status messages.
  • Alarm and exact alarm access on Android: used to schedule alarms more reliably and guide users when exact alarm settings are disabled.
  • Camera: used for AI video missions, barcode and QR code scanning, and live verification flows.
  • Microphone, if required by the operating system for video recording: may be requested when the camera/video recording system includes audio capture. AI missions are focused on visual action verification.
  • Motion, activity, or sensors: used for step, squat, shake, or movement-based missions when supported by the device.
  • Photos, media, files, or audio picker access: used when you choose custom alarm sounds or audio files.
  • Device ringtone access on Android: used when selecting Android device ringtones as alarm sounds.
  • Battery optimization and background settings: used to guide you to settings that can affect whether alarms ring reliably.
  • Display over other apps on Android: used or guided when needed for full-screen or locked-device alarm behavior.
  • Internet/network access: used for account login, subscriptions, AI verification, support, remote configuration, and backend communication.
  • Haptics/vibration: used for alarm vibration, haptic feedback, mission feedback, and wake-up alerts.

Verifyam does not require precise location for its core alarm features, and the current feature set is not designed to sell personal data to advertisers or data brokers.

  • Expo and native platform services: notifications, camera, audio, permissions, and platform APIs used by the app.

Local Storage and Offline Use

Verifyam may store alarm settings, mission settings, sleep data, preferences, offline content, subscription cache, and app state locally using mobile storage technologies such as AsyncStorage, MMKV, and app state management. Local storage helps alarms and settings remain available even when the network is unstable.

We do not sell your personal information to data brokers.
